Bill Mashburn, Business Manager / Owner

Bill fell in love with the landscape industry in the early 70's. His 10 years of experience working with other design/build firms and his degree in business administration were great springboards for inspiring his own firm. Bill's enjoyment of working with people and outdoor environments still inspires him today. Bill is a proud Virginian who loves to cook on the grill with family, friends and dogs. An admitted fair-weather day hiker, he loves to hike the beautiful trails in Virginia or anywhere else he travels.

Designers/Project Managers

Joan deGarmo, Senior Designer / Project Manager

Joan holds a degree in Landscape Design from George Washington University. As vice president and partner, Joan is an integral part of Main Street Landscape’s design team. The tasks she finds most enjoyable are restoration projects and creating year-round interest in your garden. A Virginia Nurseryman and Master Gardner, Joan has been with Main Street Landscape since 1995. In addition to her passion for gardening, which she brings to every endeavor, Joan’s hobbies include golf and collecting antiques.

Craig Wells, Landscape Designer / Project Manager

Craig has over 18 years of experience in the landscape industry. Using his strong horticultural background and years of construction experience, and knowledge, Craig designs and creates breathtaking and functional landscapes with an acute attention to detail. He is a Virginia Certified Horticulturalist and an ISA Certified Arborist. He loves plants and is an avid gardener. Craig joined the Main Street Landscape team in 2004 as a Landscape Designer/Project Manager. He enjoys sculpting, artwork, music, hiking, and - most of all – spending time with his wife and two sons

Jennifer Lewis, Landscape Designer / Project Manager

Jennifer earned a degree in Landscape Design / Horticulture Technology as well as a degree in biology with an emphasis in Botany. This mother of four is also a watercolorist and calligrapher and spent many years freelancing before joining Main Street. She brings her love of plants and flair for artistry to the landscape design field.

Office Support

Laura McGranaghan, Office Manager

After studying economics and philosophy in college, Laura went on to work in her family’s business near Middleburg, VA. She joined the Main Street Landscape team in 2006 as our Office Manager. She is no doubt the hub of activity in the office and does a fantastic job. If you ever have a question, call Laura. In her spare time, she is devoted to the Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy. She loves birding and is a certified Virginia Master Naturalist. She still helps her family's business in Middleburg.

Kris Johnson, Accountant
